- All appointments must be made in advance, preferably through our WhatsApp booking link or by calling +974 5050 2121.
- We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure the smooth running of our schedule and consideration for other clients.
4. Halal Product Usage
Amira Beauty Haven exclusively uses Halal-certified products for all our beauty and wellness services. We ensure all products are free from haram ingredients, alcohol, and animal-derived components not permissible under Islamic law. Clients bringing their own products for use in the salon must inform staff in advance, and approval will be at the salon management's discretion.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation across all our private rooms and equipment. Please inform our staff of any allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities you may have prior to any service to ensure your safety and comfort.
